We work the best when we have all the information, and that starts with having a working relationship with your attorney, accountant, and trustees, where applicable.
In addition to our financial advisors, you will work closely with our client service team who will help with general administrative tasks, distributions/contributions, and day-to-day operations.

Our Process
Step One: Get To Know Each Other
During our first meeting, we will go through what you'd like to address, update, change, or implement.
No documents are needed during this part of the process, as we will use this meeting to get to know you and your general situation.
As we get to know you, we will also explain our services we offer and see if it makes sense to potentially work together.
We are interviewing our potential clients as much as they are interviewing us, ensuring our services align with your specific needs.
Step Two: Decision to Work Together
After discussing your needs, the next step is to decide if we're the right fit for each other. This decision is mutual—both you and we will evaluate if our partnership aligns with our respective goals and values.
It's important that both parties feel confident that this collaboration will be successful.
Step Three: Client Onboarding
Once we've agreed to move forward, the onboarding process begins. During this step, we will collect the necessary statements, documents, and data to get a clear picture of your financial situation.
Our team will guide you through each part of this process to ensure everything is handled smoothly and efficiently.
Step Four: Checklist Review
We will then go through our onboarding checklist to ensure every service on our services page is addressed.
This includes reviewing your accounts for tax efficiency and confirming that your investment portfolios are properly aligned with your risk temperament.
Step Five: Periodic Check-In's
After your accounts are transferred, we’ll have a 6-month check-in to review your progress and address any questions. From there, we’ll meet with you at least once a year for a thorough review.
Depending on your circumstances, we can schedule additional meetings to ensure your financial plan stays on track and adapts to any changes in your life.
